I remember when Melissa called me to talk about their wedding. If you know me, you probably know that I’m a bit socially awkward in general and am particularly bad on the phone, thus making phone calls my arch nemeses. I was surprised almost immediately how easy it was to talk to Melissa and within minutes I was laughing hysterically (which probably added to my normal awkwardness). I couldn’t believe how fun she sounded and was SUPER stoked to finally be shooting a wedding in Big Sur with them :)

Fast forward several months and I finally got to meet Anthony, and I guess he was alright too… But seriously, it was such a fun day with awesome people. Thank you two for coming out to Cali and letting me join in on the camping/beaching/partying festivities :)

Jerry & Sue’s wedding was awesome. They were super fun and the wedding took place at a sweet little club in downtown San Diego. Usually when we’re in a big city, we like to walk the streets and find awesome urban settings for portraits. But, Erin and I were both intrigued by the idea of only shooting inside this one room for the entire day. So we did it! I think it turned out pretty awesome, but I’ll let you be the judge of that :)
