Hello! We are Luke & Kate, a husband and wife wedding photography duo based out of San Diego, CA. We’ve been married for an awesome year and a half, and have been photographing together from the start. Luke received his BFA in Industrial Design, and Kate received her BA in Photojournalism. We’ve each dabbled in a little of everything, until finally, combining our forces in photography!

We love meeting and working with real people and real moments to capture the stories unfolding right in front of us. Our design and photojournalistic backgrounds lend to different, yet complimentary perspectives, which tends to fuel each other on. We’re inspired by natural light, anything handmade, and thoughtful design. We appreciate the simple, yet profound – believing life is complex, but less is more. Our aim is to artistically document your story through fun, well-crafted, and honest images.
