Our last days of vacation *sigh*. We crammed a lot into these four days! From Seattle back down to Orange County, we made pit stops in Bend, Crater Lake, Mt. Shasta, Lake Tahoe, and Yosemite. The weather was amazing! And by amazing I mean sunny and HOT.
But first, a little video recap of the whole trip:
We stopped by Smith Rock in Oregon and conquered.
I STILL wake up craving Sparrow Cafe’s avocado and egg croissant. Bend, you are a selfish town to keep that goodness all to yourself.
This is the face of disbelief when first laying eyes upon Crater Lake. That water is un-stinking-believably blue!
The hike back up nearly killed us, but going down to water level was well worth it.

This little guy broke my heart. He must have fallen from his nest. He still had his chick feathers and couldn’t fly, so he just stayed perched on this rock and chirped endlessly for his mom :(
I always avoid handing over my camera to strangers. So we end up getting tons of pics like this :)
And so ends our family vacation pictures. It seems so distant already, but it was oh-so-delightful :)
